Job summary

Sun Pharma Halol is seeking a Technician / MA to contribute to the Sun Global Operations unit. You will be responsible for engineering maintenance and GMP documentation, ensuring reliability of parenteral process equipment and adherence to SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience. You will collaborate with QA and Production to drive upgrades and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
• Experience with GMP documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign off on maintenance tasks as the responsible engineer.
• Prepare and maintain Engineering GMP documents.
• Break down Maintenance Memo and update the PM checklists/history cards.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and history cards.
• Coordinate with QA and Production for modifications.
• Work on system and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure GMP documentation is maintained per SOP.

Key responsibilities:

• He is authorize to sign (as a doer):
• Engineering GMP documents
• Break down Maintenance Memo
• Preventive maintenance check list and history card
• Responsible for Break downs and maintenance of Parenteral Process equipment's.
• As per Preventive Maintenance schedule PM to be done and update the PM check list and History card.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, Production)
• Handling of modification related activity.
• Project work related to up gradation of systems and equipment's.
• Handling of Modification related activity.
• Ensure GMP Documents are maintained as per SOP.
