Job summary

Sun Pharma in Halol-I is seeking a Technician in the SGO unit to ensure reliable operation of HVAC systems and adherence to GMP documentation and manufacturing standards.

The role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and documentation, requiring a Diploma/ITI and 2+ years of experience in a similar setting. You will work closely with QA, QE, Production and Purchase teams to sustain quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI qualification required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
• Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
• Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
• Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
• Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Timely initiation and closing of QMS Documents.
• Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
