Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is seeking an HVAC maintenance professional in Halol-I with 2+ years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on maintenance management (breakdown and preventive), equipment spare parts, and coordination across QA, QE, Production and Purchase to ensure reliable operations.

The candidate should hold ITI or Diploma qualifications and be ready to participate in Qualification activities and BMS monitoring, while adhering to QMS and SOP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC maintenance and associated systems.
• Basic understanding of maintenance documentation and processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance management (breakdown/PM) of HVAC systems.
• Consult with manufacturers for remedial action on machine issues.
• Coordinate with QA, QE, Production and Purchase.
• Ensure availability of critical spares.
• Participate in Qualification activities and approve Qualification documents.
• Handle and monitor BMS system.
• Participate in Technical Investigations.
• Initiate and close QMS documents on time.
• Maintain documents per SOP.

• Incident and Investigation Documents.
• Qualification Documents.
• QMS documents review and closing.
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. 2. Maintenance management (B/D and PM) of HVAC systems.
2. 3. Consult with Manufacturer for remedial action of machine related issues.
3. 4. Effective coordination with inter departments (QA, QE, Production and Purchase).
4. 5. Ensure availability of the spares of critical equipments.
5. 6. Ensure departmental participation in Qualification activity and approval of Qualification documents.
6. 7. Handling and monitoring of BMS System.
7. 8. Participate in Technical Investigations.
8. 9. Timely initiate and closing of QMS Documents.
9. 10. Ensure Documents are maintained as per SOP.
