Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilities maintenance or technical services experience.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or safety compliance is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing complex maintenance projects and leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations and CMMS proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
