The candidate should have 8+ years of technical writing experience, proficiency in MadCap Flare, Git/GitHub, and Jira, and be comfortable working in Agile

Qualifications

8+ years of Technical Writing experience.
Proficiency in MadCap Flare.
Experience with Git/GitHub version control.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes.
Experience documenting SaaS or enterprise software.
Structured authoring and topic-based authoring.
Experience creating API documentation.
Experience using Jira.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end documentation delivery for assigned product areas.
Create user guides, online help, release documentation, and knowledge content.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, QA, UX, and Support teams.
Develop content using structured authoring and topic-based writing methodologies.
Create and maintain API documentation.
Review and improve UI text and user guidance.
Develop in-app guidance using Pendo.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and productivity.
Manage documentation projects in Agile environments.
