Festo India Private Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer for Remote IO Controls to provide remote technical support, troubleshoot and integrate Festo automation systems.

You will work to ensure KPIs for delivery and customer satisfaction while participating in trainings and maintaining thorough documentation. The role requires 5+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC skills across major manufacturers, and excellent English communication for a multicultural

Qualifications

• BE/M.E./M.Tech in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of industrial automation experience.
• Festo product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong PLC programming/troubleshooting skills across Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, and Rockwell with experience in Profinet, EtherCAT, and Ethernet/IP protocols.
• Excellent English communication skills for multicultural environments, and a proactive, self-learning, can-do mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to select, validate, troubleshoot, commission, and integrate Festo electric automation systems.
