Persistent Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS Implementation programs for enterprise clients in Pune. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will act as the primary customer-facing lead, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive on-time, on-budget delivery, high customer satisfaction, and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated-industry projects.
• Hands-on Cloud Migration, SaaS Implementation, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong governance, change management, and end-to-end delivery experience.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing roles.
• Proven stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS Implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards while driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation projects from initiation to successful deployment.

• Strong understanding of project governance, change management, and end-to-end project delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Business Analysis, and Customer-facing functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive and customer leadership teams.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance reporting.
• Experience translating customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and execution strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
