Persistent is seeking a Technical Project Manager in India with 6–8 years of experience to oversee project execution from initiation through closure. You will work with product owners, developers, and offshore teams to drive outcomes across multiple business areas, including reporting, data analysis, and risk communication.

• Identify delivery risks early and proactively communicate when timelines or dependencies are at risk
• Manage priorities and adapt to changing requirements under business pressure

About Position:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to oversee project execution from initiation through closure. The role requires technical expertise to work effectively with product owners and developers, translate information for business partners and leadership, and drive successful outcomes across multiple business areas.The ideal candidate will be highly responsive and organized, with strong stakeholder and customer collaboration skills. The role includes requirements gathering, execution planning, strategic coordination, reporting, data analysis, risk communication, and continuous improvement throughout the project and reporting lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and established plans are met
• Conduct extensive requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders and convert needs into actionable plans
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, offshore teams, business partners, customers, and leadership
• Create, prepare, review, and distribute reports, including end-to-end operational reporting for Contact Center operations
• Analyze data, metrics, and formulas in Excel and use Snowflake and BI tools to support reporting and decision-making
• Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations and communicate project, reporting, risk, and delivery updates to leaders
• Make revisions and improvements throughout the reporting cycle based on stakeholder feedback and changing requirements
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively communicate when timelines, dependencies, or deliverables are at risk
• Manage priorities, pivot effectively between topics, solve problems, and set boundaries diplomatically under business pressure

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in technical project management, project delivery, reporting, analytics, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with Rally, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Snowflake, and at least one BI tool
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including understanding of metrics, formulas, and data-driven insights
• Excellent presentation, communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, and executive presence
• Strong stakeholder empathy with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional and offshore teams
• Experience in enterprise data warehousing and analytics, cloud data platforms, data migration, data quality programs, big data, or regulated domains is preferred
• Regular proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with the ability to apply AI-assisted practices to documentation, data analysis, troubleshooting, delivery, testing, and operational support
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
