• 15 to 18 years of software development and engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Object‑Oriented Design (OOD).

• 5+ years hands‑on with C# and .NET; strong ASP.NET and Web API experience.
• Experience in enterprise application development and software architecture.
• Experience with automated testing and QA practices.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions.
