Responsibilities

• Participating in solution design and execution
• Collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure design meets network and security requirements
• Configuring and troubleshooting OEM products to ensure SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN operation per design
• Continuously assessing, reviewing and refining network solutions to changing needs
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of design solutions and architectures, and providing training to other IT staff as needed
• Monitoring performance to identify and resolve issues and adjust as needed
• Documenting the solution and providing training to team members
