Job Overview

As a Senior Team Member, you will be responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and station cleanliness. With prior experience in similar fast‑paced kitchens, you’ll be expected to own your workstation, ensure consistency in mise‑en‑place and food prep, and support junior staff by guiding them. Your role demands accountability, attention to detail, and readiness to step in where needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. One meal (Rice + Indian Curry) is provided per shift. Employees working in break shifts will receive two meals.

Store Operating Hours

7:00 AM to 3:00 AM

Working Shift Hours

Candidate must be open to working in break shifts, which run in two parts:

Morning: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM | Evening: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Regular Shift Duration

10 hours

Key Responsibilities
