The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth AR workflow execution, tracking performance, and driving outcomes aligned with client expectations.

You will lead a team of AR analysts, provide subject matter expertise, resolve escalations, and maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity. This role demands strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also play a key role in process improvement, quality control, and maintaining updated SOPs to ensure operational excellence. With a strong emphasis on performance, leadership, and client satisfaction, this position is central to delivering reliable results across our AR function.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the team in managing assigned AR cases effectively.
