- Lead Employee Engagement & Culture programs.
- Execute Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Design and implement competency frameworks & talent reviews.
- Drive succession planning and HiPo identification.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Build HR dashboards and analytics using advanced Excel.

- Drive Talent Management & Organization Development initiatives
- Lead Employee Engagement & Culture programs
- Execute Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives
- Design and implement Competency Frameworks & Talent Reviews
- Drive Succession Planning, HiPo Identification & Career Development
- Partner with senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Build HR dashboards, analytics, and reports using Advanced Excel
- 8–10 years of experience in Talent Management, OD, Employee Engagement & D&I
- Full-time MBA/PGDM in HR
- Experience working in large, structured organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to Media, Entertainment, FMCG, Technology, or Consulting industries is preferred
