The role emphasizes data-driven recruitment metrics, proactive candidate follow-ups, and collaboration with hiring managers to align talent needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups and offers.
• Experience with ATS/database management and tracking recruitment metrics.
