Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Zuora Billing administrator to be the first line of support for Finance, Billing Ops and internal users in Pune. You will troubleshoot billing failures, manage user access, and monitor workflows across core Zuora modules.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of hands-on Zuora Billing experience in production environments, strong data analysis skills using Zuora Data Query, and familiarity with HTML invoice templates and common billing processes across

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience administering Zuora Billing in production
• Operational support experience to Finance, Billing, or Revenue teams
• Experience in complex multi-product billing environments with third-party integrations
• Experience with Zuora sandbox environments and deployments across settings
• Solid knowledge of core Zuora Billing modules
• Hands-on Zuora administration tasks
• Strong understanding of the full billing cycle
• Familiarity with payment gateways, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and country-specific billing requirements
• Experience using Zuora Data Query for ad-hoc data analysis and support requests
• Ability to read Zuora schema and data structures
• Basic familiarity with HTML for invoice template maintenance
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow) to manage requests

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering and supporting Zuora Billing in a production environment
• Demonstrated experience providing operational support to Finance, Billing, or Revenue teams
• Experience working in complex, multi‑product or multi‑entity billing environments with third‑party integrations
• Prior involvement in Zuora sandbox environments and deployment across multiple settings
• Solid working knowledge of core Zuora Billing modules
• Hands‑on experience with Zuora administration tasks
• Good understanding of the full billing cycle
• Familiarity with payment gateways, refund processes, chargeback procedures, cancellation workflows, and country‑specific billing requirements
• Working knowledge of Zuora Data Query for ad‑hoc data analysis and support requests
• Comfortable reading and interpreting Zuora schema and data structures
