Job summary

Relanto in India is seeking a Full-Time Zuora Billing Specialist to design, configure, and optimize Zuora Billing components to meet business requirements.

You will develop integrations via Zuora REST APIs, manage subscriptions, invoices, payments, and revenue processes, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders across testing, deployments, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements - Configure and maintain products, subscriptions, rate plans, billing rules, invoices, payments, and related Zuora components based on business requirements.
• Develop and support Zuora integrations - Build, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations using Zuora REST APIs, workflows, SOQL/SQL, and the Zuora Object Model.
• Support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash lifecycle - Work across subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, payments, and revenue-related processes.
• Analyze and resolve production issues - Investigate billing, subscription, invoice, payment, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders - Understand requirements, translate them into Zuora solutions, participate in solution design, testing/UAT, deployments, and provide ongoing technical guidance and support.
