Job summary

Sourcebae seeks an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant with 6+ years in Zuora Billing, subscription management, Q2C, integrations and production support. You will configure Zuora Billing components, develop integrations using REST APIs and Workflows, and support the full Q2C lifecycle across subscriptions, invoicing and payments.

The role requires strong RCA, testing, deployments, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Zuora solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing or related subscription billing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing configuration and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of Q2C processes and related billing activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components: Products, Subscriptions, Rate Plans, Payments.
• Develop and support Zuora integrations using REST APIs and Workflows.
• Support the Q2C lifecycle: subscriptions, amendments, renewals, invoicing, collections, payments, revenue processes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes with minimal business disruption.
• Collaborate with business/technical stakeholders to translate requirements into Zuora solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and production support.

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Consultant with 6+ years of experience in Zuora Billing, subscription management, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), integrations, and production support.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in configuring Zuora Billing, developing integrations, troubleshooting billing issues, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Zuora Billing components, including:
• Products
• Subscriptions
• Rate Plans
• Payments
• Develop and support Zuora integrations using REST APIs, Workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora Object Model.
• Support the complete Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle, including:
• Subscription creation
• Amendments
• Renewals
• Invoicing
• Collections
• Payments
• Revenue‑related processes
• Analyze and resolve production issues related to billing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, and integrations.
• Perform root‑cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective fixes while minimizing business disruption.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Zuora solutions.
• Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployments, and production support.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to business and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, integrations, and system performance.

• Strong production support and incident management experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in UK / Afternoon Shift.
• Must be available to work 3 days from office.
• BGV is mandatory.
• Candidates with an unemployment gap of 6 months or more will not be considered.
