Job summary

Livspace in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user computing across offices and stores. You will maintain Windows/Linux servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and security, perform backups, patching, and incident resolution while coordinating with vendors and supporting new store IT setups.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
• Retail or multi-location business experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and VPN.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and POS issues.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, backup, and patch management.
• Good communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, VMware/Hyper-V, or ITSM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
