We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations, infrastructure, security, and technology projects across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate office. The role requires strong expertise in retail systems, CCTV operations, L1/L2 support management, firewall security, vendor negotiation, and data migration while ensuring seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT operations across stores, warehouse, and HO.
• Manage retail applications including POS, ERP, CRM, inventory, billing, and payment systems.
• Handle CCTV surveillance operations, monitoring, backup, and maintenance.
• Lead and manage L1/L2 engineers for technical support and ticket closures.
• Ensure uptime of servers, networks, printers, biometric devices, and store hardware.
• Manage firewall, VPN, cybersecurity, user access, and data security protocols.
• Lead data migration, system upgrades, software implementation, and new store IT setup.
• Negotiate with IT vendors, AMC partners, and service providers for cost‑effective support.
• Monitor IT budgets, compliance, audits, and asset documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth technology support and process improvement.

Required Skills
