Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Application Support Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in production and application support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Angular, Kubernetes, ITIL processes, and Generative AI technologies to support business-critical applications, troubleshoot production issues, drive operational excellence, and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues following ITIL processes.
• Support and troubleshoot applications built using Java and Angular.
• Monitor and support applications deployed on Kubernetes (K8s) environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
• Support Change and Problem Management activities, releases, deployments, and environment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot APIs, microservices, databases, and containerized applications.
• Monitor application logs, health, performance, and availability using monitoring tools.
• Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and support documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management
• Hands-on experience with Java, Angular, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting microservices-based and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and application troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
