Job summary

Kushals Fashion Jewellery is hiring in Chennai for a store role. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable jewelry pieces, and handle queries while showcasing strong product knowledge to support store sales targets.

You will stay updated on new collections and promotions, adapt to shifts within the cluster, and assist in deliveries, online orders, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Maintain a pristine store and uphold SOPs.

Qualifications

• Min HSC or graduate with 2 years retail experience.
• Age 20–35 years.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in customer service and building relationships.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Proficient in POS systems and visual merchandising.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Min HSC 2 years of retail experience/ Graduates with 2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be above 20 years of age and below 35 years of age.
• Basic computer skills and microsoft office
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships
• Experience in mentoring team members
• Experience in handling cash transactions and inventory management
• Proficient in POS systems and other relevant retail technologies
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
