Responsibilities

• Counsel students on hospitality internship opportunities, programme selection, training plans, and career planning.
• Advise on application procedures, visa applications and preparation for overseas internships.
• Provide accurate information about internship programmes in Australia, China, GCC countries, Germany, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Malta, USA and many more.
• Clarify doubts regarding form‑filling and other enquiries.
• Explain internship programme details including training plan and duration.
• Ensure positive word‑of‑mouth from parents/students to increase referrals.
• Stay updated on internship programmes offered by different countries and use that knowledge to assist students.
• Guide students through registration to departure to the host country.
• Maintain a database of counselled students and internship applications sent abroad.
• Judge candidate suitability and give appropriate guidance.
• Analyse candidates’ mind‑set and motivate them to take up the programme.
• Use strong interpersonal and presentation skills when speaking with students and parents.
• Promote BSB International hospitality internship programmes professionally.
• Report to the Manager in a timely manner.
