Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding education and internship opportunities such as programme selection, training plans, and career planning.
• Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, and preparing for their education and internship opportunities abroad.
• Provide accurate information regarding education plus internship programs in countries such as Singapore, Bahrain, Japan, and other destinations.
• Provide all requested information precisely, clarifying doubts in form filling or any other nature regarding the education and internship opportunity.
• Share in detail about the education and internship programme including training plan and duration of the internship.
• Ensure students leave with a positive word of mouth that can bring more clients and increase referrals.
• Stay updated about various education plus internship programs offered by different countries and use the knowledge to help students.
• Help students with every detail from registration to travel to the host country.
• Maintain a proper database of students counselled, and education and internship applications sent abroad.
• Receive client details and judge suitability of the candidate for the education and internship and accordingly give guidance.
• Analyse the mind‑set of students interested in education and internship opportunity abroad and motivate and encourage them to take up the programme.
• Use excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and be confident when speaking with students and parents.
• Comfortably promote BSB International education plus hospitality internship programmes to students/parents in a professional manner.
• Responsible for timely reporting to the Manager.
