Responsibilities

• Counsel students on hospitality internship opportunities, including programme selection, training plans, and career planning.
• Advise on visa and application procedures and prepare students for their overseas internship.
• Provide accurate information on internship programmes in countries such as Australia, China, GCC, Germany, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Maldives, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, Malta, USA and many more.
• Clarify doubts and assist with form completion for students and parents.
• Detail internship programmes including training plan and duration.
• Maintain a positive word‑of‑mouth by ensuring a positive experience for parents and students.
• Stay updated on internship programmes offered by different countries.
• Assist students from registration to departure to the host country.
• Maintain a proper database of students counselled and internship applications sent abroad.
• Judge suitability of candidates and give guidance accordingly.
• Analyse students’ mindset, motivate and encourage them to choose an overseas internship.
• Show excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, confidently speaking with students and parents.
• Promote BSB International hospitality internship programmes in a professional manner.
• Prepare and submit timely reports to the Manager.
