Qualifications

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, cost, and productivity.
• Mentor and guide team members to ensure engineering excellence.

Senior Structural Engineer

Drydocks World – Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Engineering Division based at our Global Service Centre in Navi Mumbai.

This role will lead structural production engineering projects for marine and offshore (FPSO / platform) new build and conversion projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed efficiently, accurately, and within budget — while driving continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate structural production engineering activities with DDW Dubai teams.
• Prepare project deliverables, man‑hour estimates, and schedules for structural projects.
• Oversee project execution, quality, and safety in line with company standards.
