Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine projects.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Strong experience in structural analysis and offshore design.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures.
• Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using STAAD Pro and SACS.
• Lead project sub-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D tools.
• Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load-out, transport, sea-fastening.
• Coordinate with Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval teams.
• Communicate with clients to meet technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with API, ISO, DNV, and AISC standards.
• Review and validate drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation.

We are seeking a highly experienced Mid‑Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across the full project lifecycle for Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub‑sea systems)
• Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS
• Lead project sub‑packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools
• Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load‑out, transportation, and sea‑fastening analysis
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval)
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet technical requirements
