Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and analyse precast concrete structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and detailed engineering documentation in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Perform structural modelling and analysis using ETABS and other relevant structural engineering software.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the primary technical interface with clients, attending design review meetings and addressing technical queries.
• Review and approve precast shop drawings, connection details, and engineering submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and lead the precast design team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.
• Support value engineering initiatives and recommend efficient structural solutions.
