Job summary

URC Technology Services Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to drive design and analysis for RCC and steel projects. You will oversee FEA using ETABS/STAAD.Pro, manage drawings and 3D BIM coordination (Tekla / Revit), and ensure detailing meets applicable codes.

You will perform design checks against IS, ACI and Eurocodes, conduct peer reviews, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, value-driven structures.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in reinforced concrete (RCC), Structural Steel & Precast Structures.
• Expert hands on capability in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE & BIM coordination software.
• Strong Leadership, Communication & Project Management Skills.
