Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Bengaluru is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Professional to manage demand forecasting, capacity planning and inventory optimization across the semiconductor value chain.

You will coordinate with Production Logistics, Marketing and Quality, applying statistics to generate actionable insights and foster data-driven decisions. A degree in Industrial Management or Supply Chain and proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and SAP are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools and SAP.
• Strong Python, SQL and data modelling skills.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for supply chain planning across all business cycles, including product line revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution.
• Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment requirements are met.
• Interface with Production Logistics and Planning, Business Management, Business Line Marketing, Ramp-Up Managers, Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support effective planning and execution.
• Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions.
• Apply statistical knowledge and methodologies to generate actionable business insights.
• Leverage supply chain expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field, with knowledge of Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience 3-5 Years with Tableau or other data visualization tools and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, SQL, analysis, and modelling.
