Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Planning to lead global planning initiatives and drive capacity optimization, revenue growth, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to balance priorities, resolve complex planning challenges, and build a high-performing planning organization.

You will oversee capacity, demand, and supply planning, align demand with manufacturing capacity, and implement strategies to improve service levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management or planning in manufacturing.
• Proven capacity, demand and supply planning experience across a global network.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning activities, including capacity planning, demand planning, and supply balancing.
• Drive revenue optimization by aligning customer demand with manufacturing capacity and capabilities.
• Develop strategies to optimize supply allocation, improve service levels, and mitigate risks.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities across planning and operational processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Planners; manage priorities across functions.
• Establish governance processes to support growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
