Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Specialist in Supply Chain & Capacity Planning in India. The role focuses on demand forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision making using SAP, Python, Tableau, and analytics.

The incumbent will manage planning across cycles, support allocation and recovery plans, and collaborate with multiple functions to translate business needs into actionable insights and optimized supply chain outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
• Experience 3–5 years in supply chain with Tableau or other data visualization tools and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, SQL, analysis, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supply chain planning across all business cycles, including product line revenue contribution, forecast accuracy, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution. Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment requirements are met.
• Interface with Production Logistics and Planning, Business Management, Business Line Marketing, Ramp-Up Managers, Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support effective planning and execution.
• Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions. Apply statistical knowledge and methodologies to generate actionable business insights. Leverage supply chain expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, SQL , analysis, and modeling.
