Infineon Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a senior supply chain planning professional to drive demand fulfilment, optimize supply strategies, and ensure product availability. The role partners with planning, manufacturing, and delivery teams to balance capacity, inventory, and customer priorities, delivering supply chain excellence and business growth.

• Advance understanding of Demand/supply planning
• AI knowledge and experience in applying AI-driven solutions for supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and business analytics will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize demand fulfilment towards defined business objectives in supply planning
• Evaluate revenue mid-term planning opportunities with a long-term strategic focus
• Manage supply planning through demand fulfilment and supply strategy execution, including product lifecycle requirements
• Analyze system bottlenecks and report capacity overloading/underloading
• Develop inventory stock projections and planning through Intelligent Stock Planning methodologies
• Serve as the primary DIV interface for product-specific supply chain topics
• Manage deviations and escalations between PLAN (DIV), MAKE (OPC), and DELIVER (CSC)
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including planning strategy development and master data maintenance
• Drive excess inventory management with root cause analysis and mitigation planning

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Analyze and optimize demand fulfilment towards defined business objectives in supply planning.
• Evaluate revenue mid-term planning opportunities with a long-term strategic focus.
• Manage supply planning through demand fulfilment and supply strategy execution, including product lifecycle requirements, with a focus on minimizing earliness and lateness through demand prioritization.
• Analyze system bottlenecks and report significant capacity overloading and underloading situations.
• Develop inventory stock projections and planning through Intelligent Stock Planning methodologies.
• Serve as the primary DIV interface for product-specific supply chain topics.
• Manage deviations and escalations between PLAN (DIV), MAKE (OPC), and DELIVER (CSC) organizations.
• Oversee product lifecycle management, including:
  • Definition of supply planning exceptions.
  • Planning strategy development.
  • Planning master data maintenance.
  • Manage allocation situations for the respective Product Line (PL).
• Drive excess inventory management, including:
  • Root cause analysis.
  • Mitigation planning.
  • Coordination and fulfilment of premium customer service requirements.
