Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to align product and manufacturing objectives across the development-to-production lifecycle. You will own assigned products, lead cross-functional teams, and drive industrialization, cost reductions, and digitization initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and English communication are essential. The role requires 3+ years in semiconductors, a relevant engineering degree, and a track record of leading complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing optimization, cost reduction, digitization, or operational excellence projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between Business Line and Operations to align product and manufacturing objectives.
• Take ownership of assigned products after development and manage them through production lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve ramp-up and manufacturing targets.
• Implement manufacturing strategies including product transfers and industrialization, ensuring capability and capacity.
• Analyze product cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction across yield, test, material, manufacturing, and process improvement.
• Drive digitization and operational excellence projects to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
• Lead task forces and 8D problem-solving activities to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability, productivity, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and support continuous improvement.
