Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Ahmedabad, India, invites a Senior Specialist Supply Chain & Capacity Planning to lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.

You’ll apply SAP, Python and Tableau to build analytics, generate actionable insights and support data-driven decisions across all business cycles.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics and strong communication, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent with knowledge of Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• 3–5 years of experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, SQL, analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply chain planning across all business cycles, including forecast accuracy, inventory management, demand planning, and operations.
• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution.
• Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment.
• Interface with Production Logistics and Planning, Business Management, Business Line Marketing.
• Ramp-Up Managers, Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support planning and execution.
• Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop analytics and reporting solutions.
• Apply statistical knowledge and methodologies to generate actionable business insights.
• Leverage supply chain expertise and business acumen to support data-driven decision-making.

• Support allocation planning activities, including supply stabilization, product planning, and execution.
• Generate supply and recovery plans to address demand gaps while ensuring contract fulfillment requirements are met.
• Interface with Production Logistics and Planning, Business Management, Business Line Marketing,
• Ramp-Up Managers, Corporate Supply Chain, and Quality Management to support effective planning and execution.
• Interpret business requirements from cross-functional teams and develop advanced analytical and reporting solutions.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field, with knowledge of Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience 3-5 Yrs, with Tableau or other data visualization tools and SAP
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation, SQL, analysis, and modeling.
