Job summary

PTC Inc, headquartered in Pune, is seeking a Software Development Engineer with strong Core Java skills to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications in an Agile environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on Java development, experience with Git, REST APIs, and unit/integration tests, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests using JUnit.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

Senior Software Specialist PTC is seeking a Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java and modern software engineering practices.
