Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Experience in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale applications.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern software engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.

Responsibilities

Technical Lead PTC is seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Core Java to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, delivering secure, reliable software in an Agile environment while providing technical direction to the team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications.
