PTC is seeking a Technical Lead with strong Core Java expertise to lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications in an Agile environment. You will provide technical direction, ensure secure and reliable software, and mentor the team.

A self-driven leader with analytical skills, you will drive architecture decisions, write clean code, and foster a customer-first mindset while enabling continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on Java application development experience.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience in system design, architecture and decision-making for enterprise-scale applications.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Experience with JUnit, Git, REST APIs and modern software practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.

Technical Lead

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications.
• Write clean, reusable code and develop unit/integration tests.

• Mentor engineers and foster best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, continuously improving performance, reliability, and documentation.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

• Strong expertise in Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
• Proven experience in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making for enterprise-scale applications.

• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
