Job summary

PTC is seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise Java applications in an Agile environment. You will drive architecture decisions, ensure code quality, and mentor engineers to deliver secure, scalable software for global customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on Java experience, a CS-related degree, and strong skills in Core Java, OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Familiarity with JUnit, Git, and REST APIs is important.

Technical Lead PTC is seeking a Technical Lead with strong expertise in Core Java to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, delivering secure, reliable software in an Agile environment while providing technical direction to the team.

• Proven experience in system design, architecture, and technical decision‑making for enterprise‑scale applications.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead technical discussions.
• Experience with JUnit, Git, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
