Job summary

Hatch Creations in Mumbai seeks a hands-on coordinator to manage day-to-day execution and coordination of retail, office and commercial interior fit-out and construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.

The ideal candidate will have experience in interior fit-out and strong communication and coordination abilities, with travel to project sites as required. This role emphasizes on-site leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Interior fit-out or construction industry experience.
• Experience handling retail stores, commercial offices, showrooms, malls, corporate offices or similar projects.
• Knowledge of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC and other MEP coordination.
• Preparing project schedules, daily/weekly progress reports and work updates.
• Monitoring site progress, material requirements and manpower.
• Following up with vendors and subcontractors.
• Understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements and basic estimation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
