• Site Execution: Supervise daily interior fit-out works including civil modifications, drywall partitions, flooring, ceiling, and specialized millwork.
• Vendor & Trade Coordination: Manage multiple sub-contractors, MEP services, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) suppliers.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials and finishes match approved design specs and adhere to hospitality/retail brand guidelines.
• Billing & Estimation: Review contractor bills, prepare measurement sheets, track project variations, and assist with quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilies
