Ajfan International Retails is seeking a Senior Site Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex site projects from planning to handover in Mumbai. The role requires strong leadership to manage manpower, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive schedules, budgets, and resource planning, coordinating with architects, vendors, and engineers to meet scope, quality, cost, and timeline targets.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant project/site management experience.
• Experience handling large-scale construction, commercial, retail, hospitality, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and large site teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete execution of site projects from start to handover.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise daily site activities ensuring drawings and specs are followed.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Site Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from planning and execution through completion. The candidate will be responsible for site operations, project timelines, manpower, contractors, quality, safety, materials, and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete execution of projects at the site level from commencement to handover.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and other site resources effectively.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical, operational, and coordination issues.
• Ensure construction/fit-out activities comply with approved quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
• Ensure proper documentation, measurements, reports, and project records are maintained.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
• Ensure projects are completed according to agreed scope, quality, cost, and timeline.

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant project/site management experience.
• Experience handling large-scale construction, commercial, retail, hospitality, interior fit-out, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience managing multiple contractors and large site teams will have an advantage.
