Job summary

JRM Construction seeks a Senior Site Engineer to supervise daily construction activities on our Chennai projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and adherence to drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of on-site civil experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage site workers and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–6 years of site experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors and site workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
