Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work at construction sites.
• Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Assist senior engineers in supervising civil and structural works.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in checking construction materials and workmanship.
• Support measurements and quantity verification.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Identify and report site issues to senior engineers.
• Follow project quality and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects and other project teams when required.
