Job summary

Bhive Workspace in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations of the centre's physical infrastructure. You will coordinate with vendors, ensure compliance with drawings and engineering standards, and deliver a premium experience to our members.

You will manage on-site execution, track material availability, maintain DPR, ensure safety, and liaise with contractors and project managers to keep projects on schedule and quality.

Responsibilities

• 1. Ensure construction work aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.
• 2. Oversee on-site execution work, ensuring activities follow project schedules (WBS).
• 3. Conduct quality checks, identify defects, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
• 4. Track and manage material availability, raise requisitions, and prevent shortages or wastage.
• 5. Ensure site safety regulations and engineering guidelines are strictly followed.
• 6. Inform site-related technical issues to Senior and provide clearance as per issued details.
• 7. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• 8. Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material usage records, and submit daily updates to the Project Manager.
• 9. Work done validation
