Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Freshers or up to 12 years of construction site experience.
• Understanding of drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site execution activities.
• Supervise construction work as per drawings and specifications.
• Monitor manpower productivity and work progress.
• Ensure proper usage of materials at site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Check quality of ongoing works as per company standards.
• Ensure work is executed according to structural and architectural drawings.
• Report quality issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain site inspection records and checklists.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Follow project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
• Support billing measurements and quantity verification.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at site.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Maintain site registers and work records.
• Update DPR (Daily Progress Report).
• Keep records of material receipt and consumption.
