Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in Angul, India, is seeking a Senior Officer / Sr Engineer to lead assembly line operations on the assigned shift. You will supervise manpower, ensure targets and quality, and drive improvements in the assembly process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in battery assembly or similar manufacturing processes.
• Experience in managing assembly line operations and shift resources.
• Familiarity with lean practices (5S, Kaizen).
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
