Job summary

Travel within the region is expected (40–60%), with responsibilities spanning trade marketing, brand management, and event execution to deliver growth and channel engagement.

Role Purpose

To drive regional marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, execute trade marketing programs, and support business growth through effective market activation, channel engagement, and seamless execution of marketing campaigns across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

1. Trade Marketing & Market Activation

• Plan and execute regional trade marketing initiatives aligned with national marketing objectives.
• Drive retail visibility through signages, shop branding, and merchandising.
• Conceptualize and execute BTL activities, dealer meets, roadshows, and local activation programs.
• Ensure effective implementation of seasonal campaigns and sales promotions.

2. Brand Visibility & POSM Management

• Ensure optimum deployment and maintenance of POSM across distributors and retail outlets.
• Monitor market visibility standards and competition activities.
• Drive enhancement of brand presence in priority markets.
• Work closely with Sales teams, distributors, and channel partners to improve engagement and loyalty.
• Support launch events, partner conferences, and recognition programs.
• Gather channel feedback and provide actionable insights for business growth.

4. Exhibitions and Event Management

• Plan and execute regional and national participation in industry expos, exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer engagement events in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end management of exhibitions, including stall conceptualization, fabrication, logistics, product display, branding, and on-ground execution.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies, and event partners to ensure seamless execution and superior brand experience.
• Ensure effective showcasing of products, solutions, and innovations through impactful stall design and customer engagement activities.
• Manage regional marketing agencies and vendors for branding, fabrication, printing, and activation activities.
• Ensure timely execution with adherence to quality standards and budgets.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Share periodic reports on campaign effectiveness, visibility status, and market insights.
