Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer (SPM) with expertise across Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management and Portfolio Planning.

You will implement and customize SPM solutions, build dashboards and KPIs, and develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs. The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow development, strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, MID Server and App Engine, and a solid grasp of SDLC/AGILE practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong implementation experience in ServiceNow SPM and its modules (Demand, PPM, Resource Management, Portfolio Planning).
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Portfolio Planning.
• Develop and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Build and enhance custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer (SPM) with strong expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience across Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development, Portfolio Planning, integrations, and custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.

• ITIL Foundation Certification
