Qualifications

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules such as Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Time Card Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is required.
• Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Experience with resource capacity planning, allocation, and utilization processes.
• Ability to document processes and solutions effectively for knowledge transfer.
