Job summary

Talent et au-dela is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and develop applications across HRSD, HAM, SAM, CMDB, and ITSM. The role includes building a user-friendly Service Catalog, enabling end-to-end integrations, and delivering real-time dashboards.

You will collaborate with platform teams and business stakeholders, maintain documentation, and stay current with ServiceNow features. A strong background in ITIL processes and automated testing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
• 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, preferably with HRSD/HAM/Now.
• ITIL processes knowledge for ITSM.
• Developed and ran ATF test cases to verify functionality and stability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces for HRSD, HAM, SAM, ITSM, Now Assist Virtual Agent, and CMDB.
• Create and maintain a user-friendly Service Catalog with workflows and SLAs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems; manage data migration as needed (2–3 end-to-end integrations).
• Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to monitor IT/HR service performance.
• Lead testing efforts and drive test automation; maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Job description

• ServiceNow Configuration and Development: Experience with the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet the organization's HRSD, HAM, SAM, ITSM, Now Assist Virtual Agent and/or CMDB requirements. Hands experience on minimum 2 module's required. Experience with AI skills/studio is plus.
• Strong knowledge and experience across ServiceNow product and process areas; HRSD, HAM, SAM,CMDB and ITSM preferred.
• Service Catalog Development: Create and maintain a user-friendly Service Catalog, including service offerings, request workflows, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate across the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications. Manage data migration tasks when required. Minimum 2-3 end to end hands on integration done in past.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Develop custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into IT/HR service performance and key metrics. Experience with Performance Analytics a plus.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.
• Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements and provides recommendations for improvements to optimize ServiceNow solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy. Lead and drive for test automation.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and developments.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with HRSD/ HAM /Now
• Assist Virtual Agent/ITSM/CMDB product expertise (Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow Development for any 2 modules except ITSM).
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management.
• Developed and ran ATF test cases to verify functionality and ensure overall system stability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• ServiceNow mainline certification like CAD /HRSD/ CMDB/ SAM is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
